How do we deal with a world that is constantly changing? How do we deal in our organisations with flatter structures, the constant pace of change, cross functional and cross cultural teams?
In these talks we look at the old rhythms that our ancestors understood; the Celtic Calendar, the Medicine Wheel of the Americas and elsewhere, the use of meditation and nature based techniques.
We explore, illustrate and experience how these ancient techniques and understandings allow us to navigate the world we inhabit in a way that is easier, more fulfilling and more impactful.

This talk covers a range of topics such as work life balance, diversity, unconscious bias in the workplace, group dynamics and behaviours. It explores how we are often unaware of our own behaviours, biases and filters through which we see the world and the impact of that lack of perspective.
We explore and experience techniques to help us develop greater self-awareness. These inevitably lead to greater appreciation of and connection with colleagues, family members and friends. In this way we can contribute to and benefit from the network that is the world around us.
We work through a series of illustrations and exercises interacting with the audience and can deliver both the talk and exercises as part of a team building programme.
